In 2019 the Pallante family, already active in the dry pasta segment, decides to invest by relaunching the historic factory in Fisciano which it transforms into Pallante Food Industries, renovating the plants to guarantee the best quality of its products. The Fresca & Buona line of Pasta Reggia is born with the mission of offering the excellence of fresh pasta using the latest production technologies.
